I sat in on most of Magistra Dayton’s Song School Latin classes with my Kindergartener. She was able to command the children’s attention without ever being harsh or overly silly. She easily redirected them to tasks when they wandered off topic. She was patient and kind. I was skeptical that my son would participate well when the shelter-in-place started and she offered to continue through digital Zoom classes.
